In my classes, I love to combine creative sequencing, deep breathing, a touch of playfulness and a generous dose of inspiration to help deepen your practice. The best thing about yoga is that there is no “end” or a perfect pose, a student who can do a headstand has just as much to learn as the student who can’t touch his toes!
